Strength and Vitality is a not-for-profit foundation that believes in helping the community and its citizens through a Health, Healing and Wellness Centre.

Free Wellbeing Services to those in need

Our charter is to provide a complimentary range of health and wellbeing services to the broader community and at no cost to the many that do not have the financial means to pay for the same services elsewhere.

A combination of healing options

The Strength and Vitality service and programs will work complimentary to modern medical practices by providing preventative health and wellbeing support in the centre and at home.

International studies have shown programs like this work and reduce the ecommerce burden on struggling health system.
