
The Strength & Vitality centre will be a multi discipline health and healing centre offering all visitors a range of treatment options for them to consider.
At this early stage, we have made high level assumptions on the land size required which equates to 1.2 Acres. This will provide enough capacity for the proposed Centre, Car parking and a small public open space area.
To do this we need a space with multiple consultation rooms, general meeting and community rooms, kitchen facilities, library, health and fitness equipment rooms.
The centre will be inclusive of all community members and include seminars on many ways that individuals can create healthier lifestyle for themselves and their families.
By integrating all modalities working along side each other we will help transform the mindset, as well as the fitness levels of our community. Strength and Vitality will assist in creating a motivated and healthier population.

When a community comes together … WE HEAL
The Strength and Vitality Centre would be an Australian first, but certainly not the last.
Although there are many centres similar to Strength and Vitality successfully operating around the world, Australia has been slow in developing such centres.
This is despite the benefits being well known and acknowledged throughout the medical profession.
Increased fitness and a healthier lifestyle have been proven to reduce the ever increasing burden on health systems which in turn creates a more vibrant life for so many people.
The City of Casey has the opportunity to create what will be the first in a health and wellbeing system
Although in many cases, traditional and alternative medicine might still be divided. An article by the US National Library of Medicine published in June 11 2016 states;
“There is increasing evidence that complementary medicine services are being used by a substantial proportion of the Australian population and this topic has attracted keen interest from primary health care providers and policy makers.”
Wellness and holistic centres are already operating around the world as charitable foundations but Strength and Vitality will be an Australian first but certainly not the last.
